This ornate decorative bookmark is crafted out of hand selected leather. The bookmark is engraved with this antique geometric design. 

These illustrations were originally used a decorative border in a rather old book so it seems fitting that they be brought back as a bookmarks so they can continue to adorn the pages of your favorite novel.

Each bookmark is made in house from hand selected veggie tanned cow leather. The back is unfinished leather with the grain from the leather visible. See the photos above to see what that looks like. 


This is a historical bookmark, meaning the illustration is adapted from a book that is over 100 years old. By adapting old and largely forgotten art it gives the work new life to be appreciated once more for years to come.
