Wholesale Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum amount for a wholesale or bulk discount?
15 bookmarks, ornament sets or loom sets. If you want to order just one type of loom in bulk that is also possible.
How long do wholesale orders take to ship?
Smaller orders can be done in 1-3 business days but order of greater volume will take longer. A estimated completion date will be provided when a quote is given.
What does "Individual Boxes Per Set (cheaper if notindividually boxed) " mean?
When you order 1 loom, or ornament set or kit it ships in a box. If you are ordering in bulk normally you don't need all those individual boxes. For example normally when teachers, 4H or Scouts order they normally do not want 20-50 boxes to open and sort. Instead all the looms, accessories or ornaments will ship in a minimal amount of boxes. The items will all be packaged carefully so they won't be damaged in shipping.
What does "When do you need them by? We make these ourselvesso please allow time for us to make your items. " mean?
This is only necessary if you have a deadline you need to meet. It
allows us to consider the volume of your order and make sure we can
get it out in time to meet your needs, if not we'll let you know in
the quote that it isn't possible.
Is the quote I get in the email set in stone?
No, you can always opt to remove or add items. You can also customize things further by asking for only 3 paint pods instead of 1 per kit for example.
How much is shipping with a bulk/wholesale order?
Bulk and wholesale orders of most types qualify for our free
shipping on orders of $30+ in the USA.
