Shipping policy
At Raven King Crafts I do my best to get items shipped as promptly as possible.
- Most items will ship within 1-3 business days. (M-F) UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON THE LISTING
- Items that require paint may take longer BUT if they do I will contact you about any delays. The concern there is making sure the paint, dye or sealant is 100% dry before shipping.
- Custom and Wholesale items will get their own shipping estimate when a quote is given.
- Items ship first class USPS unless you pay for an upgraded shipping service.
- Items will have tracking numbers.
- Items will ship from 55369, Minnesota USA.
What is a business day?
Business days are work week days, so Monday through Friday with the exception of postal holidays.
Please verify your address before finishing your order or if you realized a mistake contact me immediately. If you use the incorrect mailing address it could delay your order.
Delays in delivery or lost shipments.
Orders are dropped off at the post office in person but sometimes there can be delivery issues. Please contact us if your tracking information for your package fails to update or if you fear your package is lost.
