Shipping

At Raven King Crafts I do my best to get items shipped as promptly as possible. Please verify your address before finishing your order or if you realized a mistake contact me immediately. If you use the incorrect mailing address it could delay your order.

• Most items will ship within 3-5 business days. (M-F)
• Items that require paint may take longer BUT if they do I will contact you about any delays. The concern there is making sure the paint, dye or sealant is 100% dry before shipping.
• Custom and Wholesale items will get their own shipping estimate when a quote is given.
• Items ship first class USPS unless you pay for an upgraded shipping service.
• Items will have tracking numbers.
• Items will ship from 55369, Minnesota USA.

What is a business day?

Business days are work week days, so Monday through Friday with the exception of postal holidays.

Delays in delivery or lost shipments.

Orders are dropped off at the post office in person but sometimes there can be delivery issues. Please contact us if your tracking information for your package fails to update or if you fear your package is lost.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please feel free to contact us.

• Contact must be within 10 days of the order being delivered to you.
• Returns are not accepted on customs or personalized items.
• Once the item is returned to me I will send your refund.
• You are responsible for the return cost if the item is not defective or the wrong item. (So if you change your mind about an item.)

Do You Do Custom Art Orders?

This can change from time to time but right now I am not offering custom art orders. When they become available again I will add them to the shop. I am still doing customs just not custom art.

Do You Make The Stuff You Sell?

Yes. It is all made in house with the exception of accessories for crafting kits and shipping containers. All the leather and wooden elements as well as the branding elements are made by us though.

 

Do You Have A Shop Location I Can Visit?

Unfortunately no. I work out of a private residence and only have an online shop presence and on occasion a craft show booth.

Will You Do Pleather (FAUX Leather)?

Sadly no. Fake leather releases toxic gases when engraved. This is why I only provide certain types of leather which are primarily plant based tanned.

What Type Of Leather Do You Use?

We use leather from adult cattle that were raised for meat and are tanned using primarily plant based methods. This leather is versatile, resilient and safer to engrave than alternatives. Parts of the hide that have lots of scaring or pox marks (since these are adult cattle who were out grazing) are kept and used for testing materials or crafting materials for my kids.

Could You Make The Loom Out Of Acrylics?

Sadly no. We don't use acrylics because they release toxic gases when engraved. We like to stick to wood. However if you are worried that 1/8" is too thin for what you want we do have 1/4" available on occasion as well. Click here to see the loom supplies available.

Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

The short answer is yes but it depends on how many of an item as well as what type you would like to buy. Please visit our wholesale and bulk page and submit a request. 

We use a third party review manager, called Judge.me. It imports our reviews from Etsy and normally does a good job matching it up by product SKUs. When it imports the reviews from Etsy it renames each review "Etsy Customer". You can always verify these reviews by comparing them to our Etsy mini shop. 

Otherwise, all non-Etsy reviews are from our shop and only customers can leave a review. 

We do not remove reviews, but we've noticed sometimes our Etsy reviews are missing. Part of this is how we structure listings differently on Etsy, and part of it is older reviews not importing. This is an automated system.

If you have purchased an item in the past and would like to leave a review you need to log into your account, then select the order you want to review an item from. If the item was a custom order or is no longer listed it won't appear though. 

On Etsy you can go to your purchase history and there will be an option to leave a review, as long as the order isn't too old. Once again though it won't show up if it isn't an active listing, so custom orders will not appear.
