This bookmark features an antique illustration of an iguana engraved on veggie tan leather. The leather itself is hand selected veggie tan cow leather for years of reading use. Because the illustration itself is adapted from a book that is over 100 years old parts of the illustration may look rougher than modern art. The art is adapted for the bookmark but I like to preserve the original aged beauty from the printed source so I try not to alter the illustration itself. Please see the pictures for more details.
